Valentine's Day

We had a great Valentine's weekend. I love holidays, especially with the little ones. Chad surprised me with beautiful roses yesterday, and we had 2 nice dinners out. Friday, we went to P.F. Changs, and Valentine's night we went to Rosa's. There was no wait at Rosa's, we got lucky:) It was nice to have some alone time with Chad. We hope you all had a Happy Valentine's Day!!

Dinosaur Museum

Ella's preschool took a field trip to the Southwest (dinosaur) museum today. She absolutely loved it. They had lots of fun activities for the kids to do. Her favorite was panning for gold. I think she has a new obsession for dinosaurs, that is all she talked about for the rest of the day. I guess we will be watching a lot of "Barney" and "Land Before Time" around our house.:)

So happy daddy could come with us!

Ella started dance( tap and ballet) and is loving it!

We've been visiting the park often, enjoying the beautiful weather.

My brother Chris, and sister in law Audrey had beautiful baby girl twins last week. That makes 7 of the Moody granchildren that have January birthdays!

Carson had his one year well check last week-

Weight- 26.5 lbs (88%)

Height- 32.4 inches(97%)

Less than 24 hours after his well check he got hit with a nasty cold and double ear infections. So we have been spending a lot of time at the doctors office and urgent care. He finally started feeling better today.

And of course, we have been cheering on the CARDS. We can't wait until Sunday! GO CARDS!!

The first month of 2009, has sure been crazy busy for us! We are hoping it will slow down a bit in February. I know wishful thinking:)

Carson's Cowboy Party

Carson had his birthday party on Saturday. It was a cowboy themed party. My mom had everything decorated so cute! It was a great time and Carson got lots of nice presents! Thanks to everyone for coming and making Carson's party so fun. Here is a slideshow of pictures from the party.

Happy 1st Birthday!

I can't believe my baby is 1 today! That was the fastest year ever. Carson has been such a great addition to our family. He just makes our days brighter, our home happier, and our life just wouldn't be the same without him in it! Carson had such a rough start his first week of life, we are so thankful that today he is a happy, healthy and strong one year old! We love you Carson! Happy Birthday!
