Chad's 30th Birthday weekend

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating Chad's 30th birthday .....except for the awful heat and me catching a cold:( On Friday, I set us up at a really nice resort in Paradise Valley. We ate at Oregano's for dinner before we headed to the resort. It was so nice to relax and hang out, just the two of us. We enjoyed sleeping in the next morning, and then we went to Ted's Hot Dogs for lunch(one of Chad's favorites). A special thanks to Jill for watching our kids, and taking such good care of them while we were away! When we got home we rested for a little bit and then we went to Macaroni Grill with all of Chad's family. After dinner we went back to his parents for cake and ice cream, and were surprised to see a lot of our friends there. Thank you all for being there it meant a lot to Chad and I,and it was so great to see everyone! Happy Birthday Chad!

I feel like I haven't done a post on Carson for awhile! I am soooo in love with this little boy! He is very naughty at times, but equally sweet at the same time! I can't believe how fast he is growing up! He is so much fun and I just love his little personality!

Carson loves to help me clean around the house. His favorite thing to do is when I am in the kitchen cooking, putting away groceries, loading or unloading a dishwasher is to drag his little chair into the kitchen and stands up on it and tries to help me with whatever I'm doing.

Ella Starts Preschool

Today was Ella's first day of preschool with Miss Alli (aka.... Aunt Alli). We are so happy that Ella is able to have the best preschool teacher!:)She had a great first day, and asked if she could go back tomorrow. She will be going on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Its nice to have a little one on one time with Carson while she is at school, but we miss her!

We just got Ella's dance pictures back! I thought they turned out so cute! She will be starting a cheer and pom class in a couple weeks! We both can't wait!:):)

We had a very busy week last week with 2 birthdays in my family, and my niece was born on Thursday! We babysat my nephew Kasen while his mom was in having her baby. It was Ella's first sleepover, and they had such a blast! I see many more sleepovers in the future with those two!Congratulations to Glen and Summer on their new baby girl, Payton Marie Huber. She is BEAUTIFUL!

Aerosmith Concert

Chad and I had a blast at the Aerosmith concert last night. This was my second time seeing them in concert! They sure put on an amazing show! I can't believe how much energy Steven Tyler has! Chad and I agreed the best songs of the night were"Cryin" and "Dream On" was hard to pick our favorites though. When we got there I really wanted to get a t-shirt but the line was a mile long, so I said forget it! Chad was so sweet and said he needed to go get a drink and instead he went and got me a t-shirt, and then came back and surprised me! Besides the awful heat, it was such a fun date night and concert!

Best Friends

Ella and Carson have been playing so well together lately! I have waited for this day for a long time:) They still have their many "moments" where one of them will knock down a tower, or take something away from the other. It is so cute to see them play together. I'm so glad they have each other. :)
