This past Sunday, Ella learned about feelings in her sunbeam class. I usually put her handout on the fridge for the week. Today she was looking at the picture and says"Mama, when I look at the orange face in this picture, I think about you because you are always happy and you make me happy." I was almost in tears, I was quite shocked that she didn't say I remind her of the green angry face:) It just shows me that she forgives the times I am not always nice and happy:). I am glad that she still thinks more of me being happy than angry:). Then she says "The pink face reminds me of Grammie and Grandma Moody because they are always surprising me!":) It was just soooo cute!

That is absolutely the sweetest cutest thing ever! She is so right about you! You've always had a smile on your face from the time you were a little girl you've always been such a happy person!
I hope when I'm a grandma my grandkids will say something sweet about me like that. It's too late for my kids to say something sweet like that. They would for sure say I was that mean/grumpy face.
